Indie Tactics Full Session

The Indie Tactics Full Session is designed to dive deep into your business, your intentions, and how to reach your big business goals.
As creatives we all have plans, goals, projects, and enough to do to keep our heads spinning. The Indie Tactics Full Session clears away all the fluff and gets down into what you're wanting to accomplish. And, most importantly, what you have to do to accomplish it.
When you book your full session I will send over a Down & Dirty Questionnaire to uncover exactly what about your biz needs attention. After the D&DQ is returned, I will compile a customized Full Session Workbook that will dig deep into your biz and your needs and schedule a day for the initial 2-hour phone call. During this overview call we'll discuss your workbook and what you can do to get your reach your goals.
After that initial chat I will compile all of our findings into a 90-Day Action Guide, which will have tasks and to-dos for getting the creative online business you've always wanted. We'll meet up for our 1-hour chat where we'll discuss the Action Guide, making sure you understand what you need to do to get to where you want to be. Then I'll send you on your merry way, with a 30-minute checkup chat at 30-days and 60-days, and a follow up email at 90-days.

Indie Tactics Mini Session
A 1-HOUR CHAT TO HELP GUIDE YOUR BUSINESS IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION.
The Indie Tactics Mini-Session is ideal for established business owners who need to be re-guided into the right direction. Several of my full design clients check in with me every year for a little guidance session to make sure their biz is still heading in the right direction. Think of it as course-correction.
Now I'm offering this service as an option for any creative entrepreneur looking for just a nudge in the right direction.
(The Mini Session is also great for new businesses on a budget, as we'll touch on all the big-picture goodies. However, we won't dive into the nitty-gritty like the Full Session option above does.)

I take a limited number of development projects per year, but am always up for huddling away to code someone else's work. (Really, coding is my favorite part.) Am open for developing informational or eCommerce websites.

Your Concerns
1. I have a budget.
Presenting a project proposal with clearly defined scope items and related costs is the first thing I do for every project. Keeping with the agreed-upon proposal is a high priority for me, and additional expenses rarely occur. In the event that additional expenses are required, I will always consult with you first.
2. I have deadlines.
Good! Me too. Each project is built around a set of milestones that must be met to keep with the project launch date and project investment.
3. I want to be self-sufficient
And I believe you should be. My host and content management system allows for my clients to be fully self-sufficient when it comes to updating, adding, deleting, and otherwise maintaining the content of their website.
My Concerns
1. You have a business.
I work with creative entrepreneurs. Projects that are most successful aren't with those who are planning, but those that are there and are ready to grow.
2. You are prepared.
The most successful launches come from business owners who are really ready to put in the work required to launch a website. You have to be whole-heartedly committed to making decisions, putting in the hours, and meeting our deadlines. The best projects come from those ready to make their website their top priority.
3. You trust me.
It's important to me and your project that you are ready to hand over the design and development to me. You have to trust that I will use my expertise to make the best decisions for your website with your end goal in sight.
